The Motorola X Phone, confirmed to be the MOTO X and launching this summer, has appeared online in what may be the first of many leaked photos in the run-up to its commercial release. Phone Arena has posted a photo of what it alleges is the MOTO X. The phone has a standard appearance with no physical navigation buttons and a large Motorola logo in the top left corner. According to rumors, the phone has the following features:
- 4.7-inch 720p display
- 1.7 GHz dual-core processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 16 GB of internal memory
- 1.7 GHz dual-core processor

The phone pictured is of a Sprint-compatible device, but the MOTO X is expected to appear on other carriers as well, including AT&T. The hardware specifications are pedestrian compared to the top shelf devices released by Samsung, HTC, and LG, but Motorola CEO Dennis Woodside has previously suggested that the company would focus on other areas to promote the fabled X Phone. Woodside has said that the MOTO X will focus on enhanced sensors that will make the phone have excellent battery life and recognize actions to unlock certain features. This might be the first glance of that phone.
